The Good Negotiation Company is helmed by our Principal Coach and Managing Partner, Terrence Fernandez.

Terrence is a passionate, highly sought-after negotiator and negotiating coach with over 15 years of experience under his belt. He has a proven track record negotiating with both local enterprises and multinational corporations. An entrepreneur himself, Terrence is deeply savvy of what it takes for individuals, teams and organisations to succeed. His extensive hands-on experience in business development, management, advertising, and branding is an asset, along with a strong understanding of the cultural nuances of the various markets in Asia. He is also an Accredited Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre(SMC).

As a coach, he mentors decision makers in managing diverse teams, communicating effectively, and turning challenges into opportunities.
